HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
Glova Rail's policy is that all work is handled in a safe and sound manner.
To support this, Glova Rail's management will ensure that:
- Occupational accidents and work-related illnesses are prevented.
- Working environment is proactively thought into new processes, e.g. new workstations.
- Continually improve the working environment.
- At any time, the work is carried out as a minimum in accordance with relevant legislation.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Glova Rail wants to be considered an environmentally conscious company, there i.a. is focused on reducing the CO2 footprint of our products.
To support this, Glova Rail's management will ensure that:
- Prevention of pollution, energy conservation and waste reduction are considered in the daily operation of the company.
- Products are designed and manufactured so that they are safe to use and the environmental impact is as small as possible.
- Glova Rail can offer its customers environmentally responsible "end-of-life management services" if required.
- Glova Rail strives to cooperate with suppliers who carry out their activities in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.
- The work at Glova Rail is carried out at all times in accordance with relevant legislation as a minimum.
- Both management and employees have an individual responsibility to understand and support Glova.
- Rail's environmental policy and to participate actively to ensure that the objectives are met..!

CSR POLICY
Glova Rail's CSR policy (Corporate Social Responsibility) is that all actions, internal to the company as well as externally, must reflect sound and sensible social, environmental and societal responsibility.
To support this, Glova Rail's management will ensure that:
- The employees thrive in a safe and healthy environment. Fresh fruit and health insurance are offered, for example. On the other hand, it is strictly forbidden to show up at the workplace under the influence of alcohol or euphoric drugs.
- Employees are taken care of by taking the working environment seriously. The employees are involved in Glova Rail's daily operations and well-being, and the company makes necessary resources available, e.g. work clothes and personal protective equipment.
- The mental working environment of the workplace is important. You have to speak properly to colleagues and business partners and treat each other with respect. This also means that any form of harassment and discrimination is unacceptable.
- Glova Rail strive to ensure that employees shall be afforded equal opportunities for career advancement, training, remuneration, work content & working conditions regardless of gender.
- Freedom of association is recognized.
- Internal as well as external environment is taken care of via the environmental policy.
- Glova Rail maintains neutrality in relation to political parties and candidates, and therefore does not allow the name Glova Rail to be used to promote the interests of political parties/candidates.
- Glova Rail respects the protection of internationally declared human rights and does not wish to cooperate with stakeholders who do not comply with these.
- Glova Rail distances itself from any form of corruption. Therefore, the company neither offers nor accepts bribes in the form of money or gifts from stakeholders who may offer this in exchange for other services from the company.
- Glova Rail endeavors to comply with the legislation in all respects.
